An Assessment of Czech Civil Society in 2004: After Fifteen Years of Development The Civil Society Index (CSI) report for the Czech Republic was produced by the CIVICUS CSI partner the Civil Society Development Foundation. The report provides interesting findings on and recommendations for Czech civil society. The Czech Civil Society Diamond visually summarizes the project findings and indicates a relatively balanced and developed civil society sector. It also indicates that civil society is operating in a relatively enabling environment and has a slightly strong structure. Civil society practices promotes positive values to a significant extent and its impact on society at large is moderate.
